Best Western Shackleford

The front desk staff were on top of things. Very personable. The pool area was so nice. There was also an area outside like patio furniture. It is close to many restaurants and also stores. It was a nice experience. I did get sick on the trip but the room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was descent. You could make you a waffle, there was fresh fruits, cereal, blueberry poppy seed muffins and banana nut muffins, they also offer eggs, biscuit, sausage, bagels.

I got to this hotel yesterday, from the moment I got here I felt welcome by the manager he articulated why it was so expensive and once I saw everything I understood. Very clean, enjoy the pool and the workout area even the employees were nice. And the breakfast was on point.. for one night definitely worth the ticket price, so if you're traveling like I am this is the place you want to be. I was supposed to be going to the Red roof inn I'm glad I deviated from that I will be back in September, thank u guys God bless!

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay. We felt safe, and the rooms and hotel are extremely clean. The rooms don't have carpet, but instead have a nice laminate that looks (and feels) like a better quality than the usual cheap hotel laminate. We stayed for 8 nights and never had a moment of regret. The heated indoor pool is also a welcoming amenity when traveling with kids.

I stayed one night for a medical appointment in the area. The room was very clean and in good condition. The bathroom was spotless, something I notice and appreciate in any hotel. There were no strange odors in the hallways or the room. The best part was the included breakfast. I appreciated that they had hot and protein options. I also found the yogurt machine with all the toppings very interesting. Excellent breakfast. This will be my go-to when I return to Little Rock.

the second shift lady (I didn’t not catch her name but she has dark brown hair) is absolutely amazing! she was very understanding with our situation about my nephew having head surgery & was so sweet & helped us with what we needed, very professional & very well spoken, she made our stay so comfortable!

Infused water upon walking in is top tier. Breakfast was limited compared to BW Exec. (sausage and eggs, corn flakes or cinnamon toast crunch - healthier cereal please, bananas and oranges). The pillows were square, flat and the bed was not as comfortable. Towels were thin and scratchy. Every time I sat against the headboard, my bed moved. Issues with the key cards more than once. The room was clean, service at the front desk was the best of the 3 I stayed at. Also, the structure of this building was beautiful. The front had lit parking and there were beautifully decorated areas enclosed for lounging with groups. This location was also next to lots of delicious food.

We have been to Little Rock three .times in the last six months and stayed in three different places. The Best Western Shackleford is by far the best hotel we have utilized. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff and the owner are very professional and personable. We would definitely that there again. -Mike and Sue

The check-in was quick, easy and with super friendly and professional staff. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Toiletries and coffee were also provided. The location is close to all your favorite stores and a wide range of restaurant options. The only bad thing to note is that a sports bar is next door to the hotel. That meant that on Friday night it was really loud outside. But overall my stay was good.
